1. Service Description

InvoiceApp is an invoice generation tool that helps freelancers create, send, and track invoices. It is NOT a tax advisor, accountant, or legal service.

2. Tax Disclaimer

Tax rates displayed are for reference only and may not reflect current law. Invoice accuracy and tax compliance are the user's sole responsibility. InvoiceApp is not liable for any tax penalties, fines, or losses arising from invoice errors or incorrect tax calculations. Always verify applicable tax rates with a qualified tax advisor.

3. Account Terms

• One person per account. Accounts are non-transferable.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Fraudulent use (e.g., generating fake invoices) will result in immediate termination.

4. Data Ownership

All invoice data you create belongs to you. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (see Privacy Policy). You can export all your data at any time via Settings → Data Export.

5. Payment & Billing

• Free plan: 5 invoices per month, no credit card required
• Pro plan: billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase for special circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use InvoiceApp for:

• Fraudulent invoicing or money laundering
• Industries restricted by Stripe (gambling, weapons, adult content, etc.)
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceApp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or tax penalties.

9. Account Termination

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
• Upon deletion, your data is retained for 30 days (recovery period), then permanently deleted.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are waived.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes to these terms.
